I have ordered a product in flipkart but on the delivery day the Ekart delivery boy call the customer and demand the delivery pin without delivering it. While we denying he misbehaved with us and threatened us with dire consequences and also to cancel the prepaid order. Later I received a messenge from flipkart that we rejected the order. I complained about this to the flipkart few times but they didn’t pay any heed to me except highlighting. Later it was also showing resolved without my consent. These type of many cases happened to us specifically with that Kakdwip,South 24 parganas Ekart logistics and flipkart. Many time I lodged complaints but all went in vain.
