Text of Complaint by Samridhi Kurl:

I had order a product from flipkart it was scheduled to be delivered on 8 October 2024 but without even calling me I got the message from Ekart about the undelivered product I called delivery partner and asked politely that why have you marked the product as undelivered when I am available at given address he said that he forgot to bring the order he will bring it tomorrow I said ok no problem but till today I have not got my product even after 4-5 days. I contact them daily but daily they ignore my request and from the last two days they are misbehaving with me they told me to do whatever i can do they are not afraid of anything. Yesterday also they misbehaved with me and today also same thing happened. Please help me I also want to complaint against them in Women Helpline
