Text of Complaint by Prashant:

Hi, this was very bad and disrespectful experience happened with me in OYO 86300, booking ID – VHI46924(shared last 5 digit),the booking date was 5.01.2023. was there on the location, the receptionist asked to pay extra than the booking amount, so I called OYO customer service to discuss the issue, within some time got call from hotel manager on receptionist mobile and the receptionist asked me to speak with manager. the very first word heard from manager was abuse, he started shouting and violently started abusing. also I was with my friend so was not able to put myself into any trouble, the manager threatened me by saying he is calling his boys and police as well if in a minute I will be not out of his property. instead of augmenting left the property and went away of the area and called him to check what was wrong, but again he started abusing and threatened that he is having my ID’s as was earlier few month back had stayed there so he will be arriving to my home to teach me lesson(am local to the locality).
the reason I can assume is that he don’t wanted to share the amount he is taking extra from couples so it will be completely into his pocket. adding to this the couple who left the place in front of me was also having some short of argument there with the receptionist.
it was completely disrespectful and very disturbing for me, still am upset and not able to fix the embarrassment had because of this.
