Text of Complaint by Aniruddh Kumar:

Dear Sir,
recently I called on airtel support line 198 for enquiry about YouTube premium offers because some days ago I get a notification from airtel app that I got YouTube premium subscription for 3 month claim it. so then I go to claim but I was not able to claim then I called on 198 for help the guide me regrading same but issue still on then they give me 24hour tat for resolving my issue I wat but issue still same then I called on 198 they transfer my call to senior after that I they said me to wait some more time then again I wait or I said to her that I want to talk to your senior she told me to arrange a call back from senior under 4 hour after that I disconnect the call but still after 4 days i did get any call from airtel or senior Agent from there side then again i called to 198 and tell my all issue to junior she transfer my call to senior she talked with me in attitude and scold me to wait but did not guide me well airtel all of the conversation she disconnect my call from her side but my issue still not resolve.

I have recording of all the conversation with airtel call support agent if you need I will send them to you.

So please help me.
