Hello,

I called customer service due to some issues I was facing with my internet service. Then when I asked the agent that why I am unable to make calls to helpline numbers of other sites ,(please note I mentioned other sites or instuinstions etc)not other mobile operator He then became so rude and started yelling at me that the calls cannot be made etc. Then when I asked him to talk properly he just hung up on me. I don’t think this is how you treat a legitl long-term customer. First of all I got a hold of an agent after half an hour . The customer service time is already poor then this the behaviour I receive. I thought very highly of Airtel always.Even everyone in my family uses Airtel also I was planning to port another sim to airtel which I am rethinking because of such poor customer service. Where will we go if we face problems? Please improve your services. This is really in acceptable.

Also allow me to make calls to toll free numbes like (1800-6666-6666) numbers like this . I am able to make the calls from other Sims but from Airtel I cannot. Why is this happening? I think I should reconsider keeping Airtel sim.
