Got a threatening call from Airtel Customer care +91-80-42841620, lady first claimed she is from Vodafone, i said that i don’t have any relationships with Vodafone after that she started shouting at me and later she is forcing me to disclose my identity even though i am not a part of Airtel family. Later then i told my name as a different name, then she claims that she is having all my details and was telling someone to check.
I would like to know that on what basis or what for what reasons i was treated like this?
