Text of Complaint by Sanat Chatterjee:

my father is now in vodafone store bagha jatin for postpaid to prepaid his connection 8296491861. earlier i decided to port this connection to other company. but after receiving request from your company and the number is more than 10 yrs old,i decided to continue with Vodafone prepaid.

but after going there they harase without any reason for doing prepaid. and they force to recharge from there. my father told them that he is interested to recharge for 3 month plan. but they refuse and told without it they do not do prepaid.

as a customer i have no right as per your agent told in the store. moreover they refuse to talk to me as I told them I done same thing without any recharge. they behave very rudely with my father.

pls take steps and inform me the status. otherwise I will go for grievance. pls note I have 3 connection of vodafone. just because of your service i decided to port. but after received request not to port,i am with vodafone. but this type of harassment impact your company’s image.

refund my amount and inform me what steps taken against this matter after investigation asap.
