Had registerd for paid service of Shine. Com Resume Highlighter this evening. Mr Yogesh initiated the process and requested to pay quickly as it was 6:00 PM. I had paid the amount via UPI. Then he transferred the call to Mr Nitin the Relationship Manager there., who while talking to me attacked my modesty by quoting twice or thrice that despite being very qualified I am underpaid because I don’t deserve and I need to consult his career Assessment service. Okay fine, I am overqualified and underpaid as well but that’s out of my wish. Had not even asked them for hike in present package but the way they said that Why should a company hire you you are not deserving that’s why underpaid attacked my self respect and is not acceptable to me. I need clear justification on this and refund of my payment as I had not availed any service
