I have been a Big Basket customer for 4 years ordering every week
On Sep 3rd ( Sunday) at 5.45 pm I got a series if emails that my open orders were cancelled and I discovered I was logged out On trying to log in it showed account inactive with my wallet valance if Rs 535 misappropriated
Upon calling CS I was told to email CS of Big Basket
They did not respond for 4 days and then sent me an email saying my account was blocked due to ” misuse of policy” When I callwd up CS as to the reason they said they did not know which policy was misused only that account was blocked ans my wallet balance of Rs 535 not available to me They have bot even redunded valanxe despite xalls and e mails
