Text of Complaint by Sushma Dave:

Ive been a Tata Sky customer for past several years and take annual packages each year-money paid upfront for 12 months subscription for both my TV’s.

In May 2019, Tata Sky offered me an annual renewal package for both my TVs’ for Rs. 13,000 and change. The package was for 12 months + 1 month free i.e Jun 2020 free for both my TV’s.

This past week, I saw recharge messages on Tata sky Tv notifications. So, I called and chatted with Tata Sky representatives informing them of their error. Each had a different wrong understanding being novices in dealing with complaints or lack of training-some telling me i changed some package in Apr 2019, before my renewal and some saying some TRAI rule CHANGE caused Tata Sky to change their offers.

I informed them I was NEVER informed of any change to the deal taken for the payment provided EVER. Despite escalations by myself and repetitive follow ups, Tata Sky has disconnected services.

This robs me of 5 months out of 13 months of services paid for by myself in May 2019 of Rs. 13,000+

No one is helping at Tata Sky as movies and team leaders of call center are being asked to deal with this instead of proper investigation of call recording where Tata sky called me in May 2019 to substantiate my claims.

HELP PLEASE !
