I paid Rs 500 on 12.2.19 for gold combo pack of Rs 250 per month. I got message that renewal is due on 25.2.19. Not clear how two months deposit adjusted in 15 days.
I asked for activation of mirror connection around 15 day back. Sane is still pending inspite of various reminders by mail and calls to customer care. Service level is pathetic and there is misappropriation of my deposit.
