I was called by vodafone representatives stating if I port from Airtel to vodafone under family plans then my bill would by 699+18% and I will by default get bill of 750 INR with discount for 5 months and post 5 Months bill will only be 550 INR and I asked him ow this will happen and he said the person who will deliver the sim will make these arrangements in system while registering 2 numbers under family plan. He also assure me that I will get Amazon prime and Disney Hotstar for free as benifit under family plan. I raised this as complaint with vodafone and I will complaint numbers, I also have recoeding for the selling agent and all the numbers for people who contacted me for application and sim delivery. I hav been missold and I am not being helped by vodafone. However as a gesture I am given a discount of 399 INR in my first bill and that is not enough. I have not got any benifit as promised to me before joining Vodafone and leaving Airtel.
