On 21st April’2023, Mr Jahidur Rahaman from IGM Services asking me to mis-selling the insurance policy by an agent, can you ready to refund the all amount? On 25th April’23 I send all the Insurance Bond Certificates & they send a consent letter that the complain has been laughed against 3 nos Policies an amount of Rs.307490/-and claimed the service charges of Rs.13700/- . Next time GST Charges Rs. 19680/- & CST Rs. 19680/-and dispatch charges Rs.6930/- & final dispatch Rs. 9600/- . Total amount of Rs.69590/-has been paid in favour of lgm services vide A/C No. 251701501767 IFSC: ICIC0002517, ICIC BANK. Please solve my problems.Thanking you
