Dear Sir/Madam,
My Name is Pramod Kumar Pachori and my registered mobile number with company is 9699513359 . My digital tv unique identification number is 3026600090
Details about the Complaints :
I had made the one year tv pack for Rs. 1349 from Airtel dish tv basis the call received from Airtel dish tv company. Over call they (calling person) have given me assurance that all channel include star plus, sab tv , zee tv , sony, Colors and star sports will cover in this yearly package. After that over call only I had specifically asked whether I will get all above mentioned channel, the calling person replied ” Yes you will get star plus, sab tv , zee tv , sony and star sports and many more channel” however currently there are giving me channel but not cover above mentioned channel. Company is providing the channel which haven’t being informed about and same are not see by us.
I had called to company’s customer care twice but didn’t get satisfactory response and they are not bother also about complaints. Kindly look into the matter and take action against company for mis selling and told them to deliver at least what they had promised.
