I purchased a annual subscription for Disney plus hotstar from Flipkart using a combination of my Supercoins and 950 rs. Money got debited from my credit card account however coupons never came. After some time when I checked Flipkart seems to have issued me Disney plus hotstar mobile subscription worth 499 that too from my coins. Which I never wanted. On giving complaint they are refusing to reverse the transaction or refunding my super coins. Why should I take a product which I never want. Its been over 5 days please help.
