Text of Complaint by Ravindra Kumar Chadha:

Company sold membership costing Rs. 1.20 lakhs for holidays over ten year period by offering a range of good quality services and accomodation in thier affilate resorts of 4 and 5 star category.  Agreement sent after payment listed additional conditions which were not disclosed at the time of sale offer.

There has been gross deficiency in services offered. The dealings are not fair and transparent. Even on repeated requests the company does not disclose affiliate resorts for us to choose from.

On insistence they provide names of 3 star hotels, which are jnot their associates.

They have no resort affiliates as claimed.

Even on repeated requests the names, contact numbers etc of senior management and directors has not been given. Refund of membership monies has been asked for as per provisions in their agreement.

In response the executives assured that matter will be resolved, but no response or effort on the part of the company to do so. The company is using fraudulent means to cheat clients.
