I HAVE A VODAFONE PREPAID SIM CARD USER BUT UNFORTUNATLY MY MOBILE WAS STOLEN SO I GOING MY NEAREST VODAFONE STORE IN SARAT BOSE ROAD AND I REQUEST THAT PLEASE GIVE ME A NEW PREPAID SIM CARD SAME NUMBER BUT THEY DENIED AND SAID THAT IF I START POSTPAID CONNECTION OTHER THAN THEY DID NOT GIVE .
AND THEY STARTED POSTPAID CONNECTION OF MY NUMBER. KINDLY LOOK AT THIS ISSUE AND CHANGE MY CONNECTION POSTPAID TO PREPAID .
