On 21/10 I re-charge with Rs. 96 net pack against my number. As on that day I had 6066.14 MB data with me. On 31/10 I received a message that I have used 50% of the data. But when I check my Vodafone App it shows that I have remaining balance of 6 GB. On 01/11 I received another message that I have used my pack. Again when I check I find 6 GB remaining. I re-charge the pack, now my balance is 10 GB.
I want a proper justification of this mis communication between vodafone app information and the notifications sent at the earliest.
