Sir/Madam,
There is no response on my complaint which is posted on July-2018 to care@jio.com.
Only a system generated mail is coming but i hope they have not done the investigation on this complaint.
Below trailing mail is FYI.

I Mr P Kiran Kumar resident of Upperpally, Hyderabad went to the reliance store, Hyderguda, Hyderabad for recharge my 02 mobile numbers of RC49 & RC399 of total INR448.00 by using the card payment.
As per stores person, he said that cards will be swapped only for the recharge abve INR 500.00 only.
So, I asked him to meet the store manager. So, I meet Mr AKULA KAMALAKAR.
He also on the same path saying that more than INR 500.00 will go the debit/credit transaction. As they have some additional charges in their account when swapped debit/credit card.
So, I have asked him that there any circular or advertisement that this rule is applicable.
He is very rude to me and and interested to talk also and threatening me that you may also complaint.
When I asked the mail ID, he is not ready to giave and said to search from the GOOGLE.
Request you take the serious action against him.
