I searched for a service to download that would allow me to cast from my laptop or cellphone to my smart tv. On September 23, 2020 I opted for the one time fee of $14.22. I could never access the service and therefore could not use it. When I requested a refund of my payment, I was told by a Le Van Xung representative that they could not refund my payment. They told me that I had to contact my bank for a refund. I want demand a full refund of my payment. I consider this a cybercrime because you robbed me of my payment for a product you did not provide.
