On 9th October 2020, I ordered Miracle Gro Succulent Plant Food. ORDER # 402-5892207-2649153

For a long time it was showing the message “On its way, but it’s running late”. Screenshot attached herewith.
I waited and waited as I wanted this product badly.
I had ordered this product before and received it as late as 3/4 months. From my previous experience, I thought that the product would reach me late because of the pandemic and delivery problem.
When I contacted Amazon personnel through the “My Orders” window, they promised me that the product will reach me soon.
Now I find that the Window of My Order has closed . The sign of “On its way, but its running late” is removed.
Whenever I have complained to the Customer Service of Amazon, they had assured me that it will be taken care. But no action has been taken so far.
Pl inform me when I can expect this product to be delivered?
I have been a bonafide customer of Amazon since 2015. I would request you to please solve this product delivery problem ASAP.
