Hello Team,
I scheduled my exam through Microsoft and Pearson VUE takes care of it.
Candidate: Ruchi Semwal
Candidate ID: MS0995347879
I was trying to reschedule my exam however I was not able to because the site had some issues to sync my profile and was not showing exam scheduled through any outlook ID. At last I sat in the exam. After my marriage I had changed my last name and had my adhar card come in however other documents took some time and I had hard copies of it. The proctor on the exam date cancelled my exam stating that is violation to policy and they won’t give my refund.
