Text of Complaint by Pardeep kumar Dulat:

I have bought this from Tatacliq on 04 May 2020. I received it in 15 days. The phone is looking well but the problem is that No calls come when I inserted my sim in it. sometimes it says out of network and sometimes it says phone is switched off. I make a return request on 24th May and they said that they need a job sheet regarding it as it is clearly mentioned in there guidelines. I have arranged for that too in this critical time of corona pandemic I have to rushed to the micromax service center. Service center person said there is not internet access of the company and they take 7 days to give me job sheet which I am attaching below. It clearly shows the problem I am facing in it. Now when I shared job sheet with the management team they are saying brand is saying your product is working well. how can they do this. I have used the mobile phone and I faced the problem same is mentioned in job sheet and they are denying it. I am surprised to see their trick to make fool of customers. They didn’t even see their product and they said it is working properly.

please look at this matter carefully and do the needful. I got frustrated with this issue and I want my money back only.
