Dear Sir
As I have purchased MI TV (49 inch) on 10.05.2019 and order id:OD115433869277086000 and also purchased one year extended warranty from Flip kart. The MI product was provided one year full warranty and another one year for Panel. Now the TV is showing some horizontal line issue in screen needs repair but the Flipchart has informed that they have clubbed the additional warranty and one year panel warranty in second year, then the customer is loss one year additional warranty and denied the TV repair. Normally we knows that the additional warranty will start after the product warranty, but this case they have clubbed and I have missed the additional features, considering the present situation we cannot afford the additional expenses. Request your intervention to make arrangements to repair the TV without any additional cost towards customer.
