Text of Complaint by Raju Ramachandran:

My MI TV is not working from 4th May 2023. From MI Team technician came to my home on 12th May, he took photos of my TV and sent for replacement of TV screen. It got approved on 15th May. On 22nd May another technician from MI came and said there is some damage on the screen, that can’t be replaced on there warrenty. Took video and photos of my TV.

I am raising consern to Jeeves, why they are not getting updates on what happened on the filed?

Since I have opted for extended warranty and physical damage will also be covered on it. I requested for replacement of screen from Jeeves.
I asked for the percent of refund.

I have sent 3 mails and they are continuously replying the same template reply as below,
“We are closely tracking this and the brand authorized technician will reach you at your registered phone number, within the next 2 business days to assist you further”.

Totally frustrated and disappointed.
