Dear Sir/mam
This is to inform you that I have done Delhi metro card recharge of Rs. 200/- at  16-10-2020 of card n0- 69668640 under order no. 9980083091 which is failure due to poor server connection and have not received cashback regarding my recharge , I Have complaint already at [email protected]/[email protected] with reference no. 7413659.

I will thankful for listening my complaint and Please resolve it as soon as possible

    This is to inform you that I have done Delhi metro card recharge of Rs. 100/- at 13-02-2021 of card no-85832150 with reference no IGAKMSVSSO which is failure due to poor server connection and have not received recieve the deducted money.
