This is to inform you that I have done Delhi metro card recharge of Rs. 200/- at 16-10-2020 of card n0- 69668640 under order no. 9980083091 which is failure due to poor server connection and have not received cashback regarding my recharge , I Have complaint already at info@dmrc.org/helpline@dmrc.org with reference no. 7413659.
I will thankful for listening my complaint and Please resolve it as soon as possible
