Dear sir/ma’am.
This is to inform you that i have done delhi metro card recharge of rs 500 at 18/Aug/2021 of card no 56031657 payment successfully done by phone pay but cashier did not recharge my card and I have not received my payment return.
I will thankful for listening my complaint and please resolve it as soon ss possible.
