Dear sir/madam
i ordered metro 14 inch cut off wheel pack of 50pcs from amazon on 4 may 2022 prepaid order ID# 404-6763737-1823561 worth rs 1499.
it is delivered to me on 8 may 2022 but it is a totally different item it’s super clean compound which costs around 20-50 rs and there is so much irregularities seller has mentioned weight of box 0.49 kg but actually it is 200gm or 0.2 kg (i have attached actual weight images with weighing scale) and packet size is 6×9 inches, how could a 14 inch product came into a 6×9 inch packet ?
so i contacted to amazon and they initiate a replacement on 12 may 2022 i returned this cleaning compound and again i got a different product which i couldn’t identify what actually it is, again there is so much irregularities weight mentioned on packet is 0.48 kg but actually it is only 100gm or 0.1 kg and packet size is 9×9 inch, how could a 14 inch product came into a 9×9 inch packet ?
so again i contacted amazon customer care but now they initiated a return and refund request without my confirmation how could you do that i paid for product not for refund i need product i want the actual product which i ordered, seller did a scam by giving attractive price and amazon reps. also defending the seller it could not be mistaken a mistake cannnot be repeated its a well planned fraud done by seller.
please do the needful and take strict action against it.
