Hi,

Before July we didn’t get any electricity bill du to covid maybe, but then in July we were charged 4,500 and I paid that thinking arrears were added without checking bill. Later in August we again got the bill of 10k around, then we asked the nearest branch to look into it and how come all off a sudden we r charging so much. There response were because of pending bills due to covid u HV to pay. Then we asked for the meter check and they took almost 2motnhs stating the person is sick and due to covid they don’t HV complete staff, After making so many calls I decided to visit branch again and should speak to head. Then they arranged someone to check the meter and his statement was meter is ok. Now my concern is if the meter is ok then why don’t we get the same bill amt every month. And people around us our neighbors use more electricity than us and they hardly get bill of 1000. The problem could be anything with the meter and I don’t believe that the person who checked the meter, also don’t believe has proper knowledge or trained. I hav paid 25k in last 5months and would need your help to know how can we take this further. Thank you so much in advance
