I have ordered a product FLIP FLOP AND SLIPPERS FOR KIDS LIGHT WEIGHT AND CONFORTABLE on date 06 December 2022 and they have initiated refund on 22 December but still they are not refunding money into my bank account. I have contacted them via call several time but they are still saying that they will refund the money within 4-5 days. What can I do? please help me.
