I had bought a treadmill from sketra company .
the product the sent me is not the one I ordered , when asked to accept my return request ehe merchant blocked my number and stopped responding to my mails. the product return window is only for 10 days , I have been requesting for return for last 2 days . still I only have 6 days before to return and get a full refund. meanwhile the merchant stopped responding.
