i have purchased one watch from noise through Instagram for that i have paid 2949, but when received that product it was duplicate, so i returned it back and to the original source, and applied for refund, august 23 i have purchased and now its July 2024, their customer support does not resolving my issue even i have file complain so many time, had word with so many customer executives, without resolving my issue they just closed it, since last one year I’m suffering from this issue, they gave me mentally harassment. Neither i have product nor refund amount.
