Due to financial difficulties I have informed in advance to Onecard team that I could pay due amount right now after then their collection agency has mentally harrased me
Even they are sending me legal notice and I already requested them for the repayment time of atleast 6 months
Their collection agency has made a call on my contact details also they have sent me threatening messages I have all the call recordings and snap of messages.they have not informed to their legal team that my payment was regular and also they have not informed to their legal team that collection agents has mentally harassed me
