Hello, first of all the services and the network of vodafone is very very bad. i m using 5-6 numbers of vodafone postpaid from last 13 years . i started facing problems from last year so i reached to one of the store and told them to solve this then they told me not to worry they will look after this. then after my problem was not solved so i decided to port my all the numbers into airtel and i applied for the port service. after this decision i recived soo many calls from the retention department of vodafone and they asked me not to port into airtel so they offered me not to pay the extra charges and they will not generate my bill according to the plan , they convienced me for that. but after that vodafone agents started calling me and using very bad language to me i have all the recordings of that as well as the chats from the retention department of the vodafone . i today got a call from+919911701767 and this girl agent talked me in very bad language to pay the bills. i told her that i will not pay the bills if u cintinoue with the extra charges then the girl abused to me and cut the call. seriously this is totally the mental harassment and the loss of my money during this tough time. i want a apolizise letter from the company and the amount of loss i suffered.
