I had taken a loan for a phone from Bajaj finance. And I had paid the recent emi. This time I couldn’t pay and was ready to pay even the penalty charges and pay both the emi together. I have financial issues in my family. I lost my job too. Even after I’m being ready to pay penalty. The person named urvish modi keeps harassing me. According to rbi. U can’t call a customer after 7 pm. He called me at 10 45 pm. Kindly take action against him and his manager.
