I have took a loan by kredit bee of around 36000. Day before yesterday i have lost my mobile phone. This company directly call to my mother and inform her regarding all the loan details. Her health not good. Kredit bee has my personal mail id before calling to my mother they can put me a reminder mail or link so i can pay. When i am trying to pay there site and application asked for the mobile number only. If they do not want to contact on email so why they took it. Now i am asking them to put a payment link on my personal email id which is registered with the company but still they are not doing it. Tomorrow will be there off day so i want to resolve this issue today but they are not giving any reponse.
