Sir,

With due respect, I would like to state that I, Runu Mondal, residing at Kolkata On 10^th July & 11^th July I was received a call from MR. Rutvik Shah (919099309188 EXECUTIVE.RUTVIKSHAH@GMAIL.COM) I was agreeing to do the job but somehow I don’t do it then I agreed to do the job on 19^th July 20 & Rutvik Shah was  calling me again on 20^th July 2020 he was saying to me that they want to create a Legal Employment Contract  in this contract I have to complete 640 data entries within 1 week with 90% of accuracy rate if I do this they paid to me @ Rs.31/- per form & if I failed I have to pay Rs.4840/- as a registration fee in this regard they need Some documents, i said ok then I was send those documents to them, then Riya Shah (9624362301) called me for confirming the job & my work starting date is 22.07.20 to 29.07.2020. I was working on 22.07.20 almost 3 to 4 hours (approx.) I had been  complete  70 data entries then from next day when  I am going to login in this account   (https://work.cradelsoftenterprises.com/login) is not working at all then I called several times to Rutvik shah & mailed to him he says we will extend your period, after 3pm I said to them that we had a contract right, how can I complete my work in this situation I said no I don’t do this work then Rutvik Shah said to me that you can call to Vipul Chowdhury (917698154104) when I called him he was saying to me that we had a contract (PR 341237 Date 30.06.20)  if you are leaving the job then our company will take a strong legal action against you, then I have doubt and I search in Google about this company, many people was complained in a consumer complain court about this, the company blocked their account for this reason many peoples do not completed their job then they start blackmailing to those people about FIR, Court Case & taken various amount from them & also send the court case copy to those people’s houses then I mailed to Rutvik Shah that I am cancelling the job on 24.07.20 & I mailed to

Sir they can misuse my documents in illegal work. I think they are fraud & they are doing the same against me (they send me a FIR Copy to me on 30.07.20).

I this regard I am requesting to you, please take a strong action against them.
