Text of Complaint by Syed Maqsood:

I had placed an order on Flipkart online shopping on 23rd September 2022, and it was supposed to be delivered by 26th September, but they failed. I registered a complaint in Flipkart Forum on 27th September, and they had promised that they are going to deliver the product by 1st October, and again they extented to 3rd October and then to 7th October and now 11th October. On 7th October they cancel the product and asks me to raise a new order, where the prices have gone up and also I have to wait for days to get the product. I had kept on calling the Flipkart for multiple times, they did not provide the resolution. It was a mental harassment that I had faced till now. They are least bothered about the customers and their values. I want to take a strict action against Flipkart and am ready to go the Consumer Court.
