Text of Complaint by Aakash Chauhan:

I had placed order on flipkart on 18th April 2023 with order no – OD427869045033900100 from Seller: KLPLWORLD with delivery date of 23rd April 2023. It was a prepaid order for amount around 10,000 INR. After placing order, I was keeping check on my order section and tracking details. Retail Ekart Logistics – FMPP1647601651
Then on Sunday 23rd April 2023, I received message that the product is out for delivery. I was waiting for that. Around 5 pm, I received call from delivery person asking for my availability. I informed him that I’m at home only. Please come and deliver my courier on which he responded “fine, I’m coming in next 5-10 mins. From that time till today I’m just waiting for my order to be delivered. I called on the given nunber but they never answer the call. I’m receiving same text daily in morning that your order is out for delivery and daily around 9 pm, I receive message that product is undelivered, we’ll try tomorrow but nothing happens. With these daily messages and unclear status of my order, I’m getting mentally harassed. My amount is hold with Flipkart for around 10 days. And when I called their customer support, the senior executive Himanshu Rai told me that he can’t guarantee for his life so how he’ll guarantee for my order. Ticket number is IN23042319011560705977
