Text of Complaint by Swami Jigar Mahendrakumar:

We are starting GTPL broadband service from the last four to five days back(09/07/21). GTPL broadband service was interrupted yesterday evening(13/07/21). At that movement, we complained to Mr Hardik(8485980860) GTPL representative through telephonic. He replied that the problem would be resolved soon.   Now, this time I called him on today(14/07/21) morning at 10:00 AM regarding the same issue but answering that you registered an online complaint and giving me the complaint number. So, I complained online and my complaint no. 10966342 given to him. After that I called so many times but he did not pick up my call. Also, I am sending a message to him with a complaint number.
Broadband facility must be necessary for my company because I am doing government projects. Every moment we need to use the government online portal and software for data upload and live document submission.
This kind of GTPL service is affecting my business. Also this kind of behavior of GTPL employee (Mr. Hardik- 84859 80860) is not tolerable.
I never seen this kind of services. I recommended Airtel Xstream fiber & Jio fibre connection compare to GTPL in terms of service, speed.
