I had ordered Ezey Liquid shoes Polish ( Order Id : OD124757382888633000) . I had to return this because of quality issue & infact after applying this product my shoes got ruined . I try to raised a return request, but, Flipkart isn’t even responding to my request . When I call Flipkart customer care service, I have to tell my issue to each and every executive that talks to me; moreover executives put me on hold for 15-20 minutes, and then calls get disconnected and nobody calls me back and I have to come again with my issue to the new executive that I talk with. This has happened 7-8 times on a single day.
I have been mentally harassed by Flipkart. I have to leave my all work behind to get my hard earned money back. I want the compensation of 50k for the Mental Harassment done by Flipkart & compensation for my shoes also as it got ruined by using their product .Kindly help me ASAP.
