I had ordered a Ezey Liquid Shoe Polish(Order Id : OD124757382888633000). I had to return them due to quality issues because of using this product my shoe got ruined. I try to raised a return request, but, Flipkart isn’t responding to my request hence my amount isn’t getting refunded.
I have called them 7-8 times on a single day . But When I call Flipkart customer care service, I have to tell my issue to each and every executive that talks to me; moreover executives put me on hold for 15-20 minutes, and then calls get disconnected and nobody calls me back and I have to come again with my issue to the new executive that I talk with.
I have been mentally harassed by Flipkart. I have to leave my all work behind to get my hard earned money back. I want the compensation for the Mental Harassment & for my ruined shoes. Kindly help me ASAP.
