I ordered Redmi note 12 pro phone through @Flipkart and added an exchange of my previous phone Redmi note 7 pro
The exchange value was 8400 when the phone is in good condition. Since I live in Kolkata and ordered the phone in my parents house i wasn’t aware of the condition of the phone tbh, the phone had dent/crack in the back. The delivery guy straight away rejected the exchange phone without providing for counter offer which he should have. This was about last order for same Phone. Then again I received a call from Flipkart where he said that I will get 2000 rupees gift voucher if I purchase the same phone again soon. So I ordered the phone again and was assured that the same issue does arise but today I had to go through the same issue again delivery guy didn’t accept my old phone stating that the phone is damaged. Since Flipkart policy says that phone value will be reduced and in no way he can reject. ( I am attaching the reason for rejection of exchanged product in jpg image.)
I am very frustrated sir due to this I had to make call again and again leading to mental breakdown. My funds are blocked due to this
Previously 16800 and now 19400. I am left with nothing to place to new order and will have to wait for refunds. This phone was for my papa who is senior citizen and he formatted the old phone leading to frustration in his mind also.
