Text of Complaint by Vishant:

I have ordered mobile Redmi 7A, on 16th Oct with exchange of my old mobile Redmi 6A, the first delivery was attempted on 17th Oct around 7:45 am.. as per messages delivery was on 18th Oct so I have not taken backup of my old mobile, so I asked the delivery boy to come tomorrow morning till then I will take backup & handover the old against the new mobile, next day I called up that executive he said he can’t come before 10am, so I asked him to come in evening but he refused and said tomorrow will come.

Then on 19th Oct morning I called the executive that time he said your product is not with us for delivery, then I contacted customer care for delivery they said they are rescheduling the delivery on 20 th Oct.. on Sunday i.e on 20th Oct morning executive came around 9:00 to 9:15 am to deliver the material, just he handed over the parcel & went off immediately, when I saw the parcel it was already open and sealed by some external tapes even the mobile box seal was also broken, then he came back around 4 pm at my place and asked to return the mobile and created mesh in my society by worst behavior I have ever seen by Amazon delivery boys..

my entire family was under shock what is going on for mobile order.. it was my worst experience and they have given me lot of mental harassment from last 2 days.. I want to file mental harassment and fraud case against Amazon..
