It’s been 3 weeks that their team has been incompetent in resolving this issue
1. I had a warranty claim for which I had to reach out to the concerned brand and Ajio for a resolution. Waiting time – 7 days
2. The resolution was fair and a return was initiated. Waiting time- 3 days
3. The return address was incorrect and I had to cancel it and raise a complaint. Waiting time – 2 days
4. The complaint was resolved. The respective person took down the correct address for return ( also my default address in AJIO App). Waiting time – 2 days
5. I received another return ID but guess what AGAIN THE SAME INCORRECT ADDRESS!!!
6. Finally a return was created and delivery person came to pick it up
7. Delivery person denied return since reason of return from AJIO was marked as “Rejected Goods” and not “Warranty Claim”
It has caused me immense pain over the past month
