Text of Complaint by Jasmine Naik:

I am using Airtel Postpaid number for past 10 years but suddenly since June 2020 I stopped being able to send any SMS to any number. All other services including receiving SMS is working just fine.
I booked the complaint in Airtel customer care through 121.
Each time I called I got new executive asking me to explain the problem from the! begining.
This carried on till mid of August 2020. All this time I am still not being able to send any SMS.
All of sudden, I received SMS stating that my complaint is resolved and it was network issue, but I did not receive single call from team and problem is still very much there!
They are also not allowing me to port my number as I am not being able to sent SMS. This is strssing me out immensely. Please someone suggest way out of this mental harassment!!
