I ordered in swiggy. The delivery boy didnt move his vehicle for 40 mins. I asked to cancel order.. they said they will charge me even if they didnt deliver. After multiple chat, i didnt have dinner, mood spoiled. I asked them to deactivate my account. They followed up and said they wil close.. its been a month now, they didnt deactivate nor replying. Mental harassment is what they do. I will never use swiggy in my lifetime.. take action so no one suffers
