Gomechanic team,
On 5th June I had sent my vehicle (white Petrol Renault Duster – 6305) to one of their Garrage (2Mechanix motor works – Mahindra Multi Brand Workshop, Bengaluru). Despite shut down and lock down due to pandemic, I was promised the Garrage is and will be working. I however did not bother for 15 days. It is only when I started following up first calmly and then angrily I somehow managed to get my vehicle but it was already the 17th of July. However when I tested it I found the AC cooling was not working. I had to send the vehicle back to them forĀ  a day. I then decided to go for a long ride (just outside the city) for a few hours and people on the bike started to complain about the rear tyre shaking and rotating in a zig-zag manner. I was totally in a breakdown condition and didn’t know what to do in the middle of a highway.
This is the way GoMechanic treats its customers????
We paid 1.5 lacs and this is where they leave us ???
I demand my money the amount I paid in cash to GoMechanics garrage return to me. This is little in return of the condition I am in right now and the harassment they have caused to me in last 2 months.
How can i get help here ?
