I placed an order on swiggy for a few grocery items, initial time given for a the delivery was 45 mins however after 3 hrs of continuous follow up swiggy informs me that my order cannot be delivered. Then when asked for a refund in my source account they say we can’t do that as we have already refunded the amount in swiggy wallet which i never approved of. By doing so swiggy is forcing me to spend my money on swiggy which can be termed as extortion.
