I ordered mystery boxes from memechat store on 20/03/2024 and my order is not processed yet no response from their side and when i mail them to cancel my order they are telling me this will not done even their terms and conditions have this line “ 5. Cancellation
The user may cancel their order at no cost at any time before the order has been processed and shipped for which a full refund will be made to the user in their respective source account. The customer will not be allowed to cancel the order after if it’s processed and shipped from our end.”
There are many complaints registered on them by customers please take action seriously on them its very important
